OUR FANTASTIC HOLIDAY HOME

Welcome to our special place, a static caravan holiday home situated on the 5* Patrington Haven Leisure Park, Patrington, Yorkshire which is celebrating 40 years in 2024.

Our lovely holiday home is well equipped and can sleep up to 6 people. We are dog and child friendly. A information pack is supplied in the caravan.

The holiday home is available at £77 per night (minimum 3 nights) from June to 25 July. The holiday home is available at £85 per night (minimum 3 nights) from 26 July to 20 September. From 21September to June at £77 per night (minimum 3 nights). These prices include bedding and all towels.

We want all our guests, both 2 and 4 legged friends to enjoy your holiday to the fullest and hopefully you will return.

We have had new decking which has front and rear gates and skirting. The garden has new turf and is secure and fenced front and rear and is accessed either by steps of the decking or the front gate. In addition there is a double car parking space. Please note: No smoking or vaping is allowed in the caravan. There are three TVs, a 40 inch in the lounge, and 18 inch in both the kitchen and master bedroom. A shower, washbasin and WC is accessed from master bedroom and hall and a separate washbasin and WC is accessed from the hall. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with mirror, dressing table and a walk in wardrobe with a mirror. The twin bedroom has two single beds with wardrobe and mirror and in the lounge is a double sofa bed.

We are supplying high quality bedding and towels. There is an iron and two ironing boards. Full sized integrated fridge freezer, gas cooker, toaster, water filter and microwave. There are plenty of lights and sockets.

*Please note that due to unforseen circumstances the Country Club on the Park that provided a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, bar, restaurant, takeaway and laundry is currently closed. However, some beauty treatments are available on the Park and can be booked in advance by telephoning on 01964 630 071.

The leisure centre at nearby Withernsea provides swimming and gym facilities. Laundry facilities are available at The Willows Caravan Site at Withernsea. Please contact The Willows on 01964 612 233.

The Park hosts various events through the year such as fun days and Patfest. Walks around the lake which is well stocked with fish and home to ducks. A fenced area for ball games and a seperate fenced play area for younger children. There is a lead off area for dogs to exercise near the entrance. The staff are very friendly and very helpful.

At Withernsea there are a variety of shops including Post Office, Boots, Tesco, Poundland and Aldi as well as a variety of independent shops. At Hedon there is a Sainburys, Boots, Argos and Post Office and a variety of independent shops.

Patrington Haven is ideally located to explore a variety of places such as Withernsea, Hedon, Hornsea, Bridlington, Scarborough, The Deep, Whitby, York and Spurn Point Nature Reserve. There are dog friendly beaches at Withernsea and Easington.

In Patrington there is a range of independent shops such as bakers, hardware, petrol, butchers, chemist, and takeaway’s and pubs to serve all needs. Call into the friendly reception area where there are plenty of leaflets of places to go and see or use our free WiFi.

We are happy to accommodate small dogs at a charge of £30 per dog, maximum of 2 dogs, please advise on booking.

There is a £150 refundable damage charge will be added to the balance, this will be returned on checking the caravan. Contact information will be supplied on the receipts.

The calendar will show availability. Please email above address giving name, contact details, dog (if applicable) and dates and names of the people are staying. Once you have emailed your booking request and the dates confirmed you will be asked to pay a non refundable deposit of £100 by bank transfer and you will be sent a receipt which will secure the dates. Within 7 days of your holiday starting you will be required to pay by bank transfer the balance.

On the starting day you will receive a text with the key code.
